# Slipstream Advocacy — Federal Advocacy That Delivers Results

Washington, D.C.-based federal advocacy for organizations navigating high-stakes
legislative, regulatory, and funding challenges. 10+ bills signed. $100M+ secured.

## Breaking Barriers. Delivering Results.

Slipstreaming is the principle of reducing resistance. That means removing
friction so outcomes move faster.

## The principle behind the name

In racing, slipstreaming means moving into the pocket of air behind another
driver — less drag, more speed, better efficiency.

In policy, the "drag" is process, politics, and misalignment. We remove it —
aligning stakeholders, anticipating obstacles, and building momentum so clients
move faster and more confidently toward outcomes.

## What we do

We help clients reduce friction, build momentum, and achieve outcomes.

- **Legislative Strategy** — guiding clients through every stage, from drafting
and introduction through committee action, floor strategy, and final passage.
- **Appropriations & Federal Funding** — navigating the budget and
appropriations process and helping bring funding across the finish line.
- **Regulatory & Agency Engagement** — engaging agency officials, shaping
rulemaking, and responding to regulatory proposals.
- **Government Relations & Stakeholder Strategy** — building coalitions and
positioning client priorities within the political environment.
